Hey guys - two main issues with the app for me..
- several times when doing a session, if I leave the app briefly during a 3 minute rest period say to go into Spotify, the app stops the interval session and basically resets itself.
- the heart rate connection is absolutely rubbish. It does not in any way reflect the actual heart rate in a constant manner. For example, I got my heart rate to 160 beats per minute, during the rest period I lowered it to 130 beats per minute for say two minutes but in the app, it is still showing the 160.

Heart rate doesn’t work correctly. Using Garmin instinct 2 /w chest strap. Hr is fine with Garmin app afterwords but app says my hr is random (once it selects a number it will stay there the whole workout the. Say I’ve burned negative calories. For eg. at the start of the workout Will pull hr of 107, then the rest of the workout shows 107 even though Garmin shows 180 peak)
Tried multiple times including install and uninstalling etc.

Heart rate does not sync properly
Hi,
Just purchased the app and after the using it for the first time I noticed the heart rate sync is way off, my Apple Watch says one thing and the app gives a completely different reading ? I allowed all access to the health app, so not sure what’s going on ?
I had the IOS workout app (indoor cycling) running at the same time if that is a known issue ?
Regardless, I would like to use both in tandem like I do for every other third party fitness app, and to date without any issues.
Please advise of a fix as soon as possible.

FYI it did it again two days ago - I’d completed the first 4 minutes…was in the 3 min rest period…went out of the app and into Spotify…went back onto the app and it had reset to begin workout

Dear C Ardel, please, try a new version available in AppStore: 1.35. It should be able to refresh HR more often from the Apple Health. Please, let me know if it's better for your setup.
